Coriander has a wide range of medicinal benefits for mental and physical health. Coriander can help allay feelings of fear, depression, anger, panic and shock, as well as help with forgetfulness. Physically, coriander is an anti-inflammatory useful for headaches, rheumatic complaints, the flu, urinary tract inflammation, and cystitis. It also aids in relieving gas and diarrhea. Coriander seed's aromatherapeutic properties are particularly useful in formulas for the digestive system, including anorexia, diarrhea, nausea, and flatulence. It has also been used to treat fluid retention, poor circulation, arthritis, and muscular aches and pains.
Aromatic Profile: Pungent, mildly spicy, slightly warm and sweet-woody aroma
Appearance: Colourless to pale yellow

Blending Suggestions: Dilute well and add drop by drop to blends until desired effect is achieved.
