Coriander has a wide range of medicinal benefits for mental and physical health. Coriander can help allay feelings of fear, depression, anger, panic and shock, as well as help with forgetfulness. Physically, coriander is an anti-inflammatory useful for headaches, rheumatic complaints, the flu, urinary tract inflammation, and cystitis. It also aids in relieving gas and diarrhea.
