Rumex crispus

Uses: Mild laxative, alterative, nutritive. Used as a minor supply of iron for iron-deficiency anemia and it assists in the absorption and utilization of iron. It is a bowel tonic used for lax bowels/constipation, an overactive stomach with acid reflux, poor fat absorption, bleeding hemorrhoids and bleeding bowels.
